Vida Realty is a collaboration of long time friends and business associates Cory Martin and Kristine Morley. After working together for 5 years at a well-known local real estate firm they decided it was time to branch out and use their sales and management skills to form their own company.

Cory Martin, originally from Western Canada, has been living in the Quepos Manuel Antonio for over 15 years and, after owning several successful local businesses, has been working in the real estate industry for the past 6 years. With over 38 million dollars in sales , she has become one of the top realtors in the area, consistently in the top 5 of Century 21's top producers in Costa Rica.

Kristine Morley, a fellow Canadian from Victoria B.C., has been in the area for 10 years. Having come down on a vacation after graduating from the University of Toronto, she was unwilling to leave this amazing place. After spending 4 years in the hotel industry, she became the administration manager for the area's top real estate company. Kristine has a wealth of experience in real estate marketing and advertising, as well as business administration and customer service.

With so much experience in Quepos/Manuel Antonio, Cory and Kristine use their extensive knowledge of the area and history of the local real estate market to guide their clients into the best possible investments. Having both purchased land and built homes themselves, they are able to use their experiences for the clients benefit. Both believe that the customer comes first and would  rather forego a sale than have an unsatisfied client.

As mothers of young families, Cory and Kristine are also uniquely qualified to help clients adjust to living and investing in Costa Rica. With information and experience with local schools, banking, telecommunications, as well as professional associations with top architects, builders and lawyers, they can help make their clients' experience as smooth as possible.  As long time residents, they love the Pura Vida spirit and look forward to sharing this unique culture with their customers.

In May of this year, Tim Salladay joined the Vida Realty team. Tim began as a client and friend, but decided to use his unique communication and people skills as well as his experience as a saavy real estate investor to work in the sales side of real estate.
